Rectangular
Makes the current selection method "rectangular". That is, clicking and dragging the mouse causes a rectangular region to be selected.
Freeform
Makes the current selection method "freeform". That is, clicking and dragging the mouse causes squares around the cursor to be selected, similar to painting on the screen.
Magic Wand
Makes the current selection method "magic wand". That is, clicking the mouse causes a contiguous group of squares at the same height to be selected.
Freeform Options
Allows the size of the freeform selection area to be set. This size determines how close a square has to be to the mouse cursor for it to be selected. The default value is 1.
Select All
Selects all of the squares in the terrain.
Select None
Selects none of the squares in the terrain.
Invert
Changes the selection so that all squares that are currently selected are no longer selected, and squares that are not currently selected become selected.
Grow
Increases the size of the selection by one square all around.
Shrink
Decreases the size of the selection by one square all around.
Load Selection
Loads a previously saved selection from a file. Selections are saved as files with the extension ".sel". The current selection is lost.
Save Selection
Saves the current selection to a file. Selections are saved as files with the extension ".sel".
