Transform Menu

Repeat Last

Applies the most recently used transformation to the current selection. The options window for the transformation, if there is one, is not shown.

Basic

Set Level

Sets the height of the selected squares to a specific value.

Raise By One

Increases the height of the selected squares by one unit (13 metres). There is no options window for this transform.

Lower By One

Decreases the height of the selected squares by one unit (13 metres). There is no options window for this transform.

Gradient

Creates a smooth slope over the selected squares. The options window allows you to specify the height of the slope at the corners of the bounding rectangle of the selection.

Fill

Selected squares that are less than the specified height are changed to be that height. Selected squares that are already higher are not affected.

Level Off

Selected squares that are greater than the specified height are changed to be that height. Selected squares that are already lower are not affected.

Scale

Changes the height of the selected squares by the specified percentage. The base height is used as a zero reference point for the scaling. For example, if you wanted to double the size of a mountain, and the base of the mountain was 3 units (39 metres) above sea level, you would enter 200% for the scaling factor and 3 units as the base height.

Samples

Roughen

Randomly changes the height of the selected squares by either increasing the height by one, decreasing by one or not changing the height.
